Kristen is seriously the best realtor out there! She is so fun, bubbly, and personable. She really cares about her clients, paying attention to their needs/wants while also maintaining a level of honesty that is needed when making the big decisions that come with buying/selling a house. Kristen helped me sell my first home and was a rockstar helping get the house picture perfect ready for showings/listing, helping get repairs scheduled, and working through all the nitty gritty details. She then helped me buy the house of my dreams—from going to look at several houses until I found the one, to negotiating a deal that worked for us, and consoling me when I thought id never find the one. She also purchases a home warranty for her clients, which has truly been a godsend on both the buying and selling side!
